Rules & Requirements
for Participants

Before hitting the starting line, make sure you’re fully prepared by reviewing our essential rules and requirements. This guide covers everything you need to know for a smooth and successful race day, from safety standards to race conduct. Follow these guidelines to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for yourself and fellow participants.

RULES FOR THE RIDE

PARTICIPATION

Someone is considered to have completed the race
without external assistance and vehicle accompaniment.
To win the uphill sprints one must finish the race.
Each rider is responsible for the chip on their bike.
The cyclist must hold the handlebars with both hands
and at least one in some cases.
The right-hand driving requirement applies along
the entire route.
Traffic Rules always to be observed.
The instructions of the organizers must be followed.
Women and Men over the age of 18 can take part
in the race.

EQUIPMENT

Road bicycles and tandem road bicycles are permitted.
Electric bicycles, triathlon bicycles, city bicycles, mountain bicycles are NOT allowed.
The bicycle must have at least one bicycle water bottle.
The cyclist must carry a tire repair kit.
A helmet is mandatory.
A rear light is recommended.
Only closed cycling shoes are allowed.
The use of playback devices, radio, headphones, earphones is prohibited.
The use of mobile phones and cameras is only permitted when stopped.
